Our Bolivian Coffee Suppliers provides our green beans for our Signature Coffee.
This bean comes to us with a minimum cupping score of 85, according to the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America)  protocal scoring system.  

Specialty coffee starts at 80 points.  With a high score of 85, our Signature coffee falls into the catagory of Excellent.  

We purchase our beans from a reputible green bean supplier, we then roast it to perfection and then you, the customer gets to enjoy an excellent cup of ROGERS ROASTtm.
