With beautiful long dark orangey brown tips, our full leaf Ceylon Kenilworth Orange Pekoe has a soft rose like scent that imparts a very pleasant yet delicate taste, without astringency. A wonderful breakfast or afternoon tea and is an elegant treat for your senses.

Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil, steep for 3 min. Try with rock sugar.

#4 - CHINA GUNPOWDER ORGANIC
The leaves of the China Gunpowder Tea are rolled tightly into small pearl like pellets.  Thus, lending its name in China as the “Pearl Tea”.  Once the infusion takes place, the pearl like pellets begin to gracefully unfurl.  The taste is strong and dark with a very pleasant aroma.  Some green teas have a very strong aftertaste, but not this one.   Gunpowder Tea should be used sparingly, because of its strength.  Add a mint leaf for a refreshing minty green tea. 

Recommendations: Use one light tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water until it is steaming briskly (not boiling);
let steep for 2 min.

#5 - BREEZY SUMMER
On a hot summer day, try our Breezy Summer tea!  It makes a delicious iced tea and it offers a fruity delightful taste.  Juniper berries, strawberry bits, black and red currants, and blackberry leaves are blended together with a high-grown Ceylon black tea.

JAPANESE CHERRY SENCHA (Out of stock)
Try this one over ice!  Japanese Cherry Sencha is filled with cherry pieces, which plumps up as it steeps.  With just a touch of rose petals, it offers a pleasantly understated rose taste. 

Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water until steam rises (180º F);let steep for 1 min.

TREASURED PEARLS
